Description
Overview: Commonly known as Moneywort, Bacopa monnieri is a very hardy stem plant found in wetlands globally. It features thick, succulent-like rounded green leaves arranged oppositely along a sturdy stem. It is an ideal plant for beginners because it can tolerate a wide range of water conditions and grows slowly enough to be easily managed. While it grows vertically, it can also be used as a midground plant if trimmed frequently. It is often used in Dutch style aquascapes to provide a contrast in leaf shape.
