Description
Overview: Cryptocoryne crispatula (often sold as "Balansae") is a tall, grass-like background plant. It is famous for its long, strap-like leaves that have a heavily "puckered" or "hammered" texture. In a tall tank, the leaves will reach the surface and flow along it, creating a very natural, river-like appearance. It requires a fair amount of calcium and a rich substrate to grow its best.
